OffWorld Percussion, Inc. and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if OffWorld Percussion, Inc. believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of OffWorld Percussion, Inc. and its subsidiaries.




• Privacy Policy

• OffWorld Percussion, Inc. will not rent or sell a customer's name, address, email address, or any personal information to any third party without a customer's direct permission. Additionally, we do not keep credit card information on file once a purchase is made. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer. If you have purchased from our store or subscribed to one of our sites, we may occasionally update you via e-mail of special opportunities or product releases, etc. If you have any questions regarding our privacy practices, please don't hesitate to contact us through our official Web site.




• Shipping & Delivery

• All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt pending available stock to fulfill the order, during normal business hours (8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, minus most holidays). We will always attempt to process orders received the same day of potential shipment, but must allow for at least 2 hours minimum processing to facilitate delievery to the selected shipper. Final cutoff time for handoff to UPS and USPS is currently 2:30pm PST. Please note that the actual date of handoff to selected shipper does not count towards total business days in shipping time. Please allow 1 - 7 business days within the United States and U.S. territories (depending on your regioon), including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands, utilizing either UPS or USPS to facilitate Ground transit. Regular UPS operations are Monday - Friday obseving holidays and weekends. USPS operations Monday - Saturday, observing holidays and Sundays respectively.   No delivery to P.O. Boxes is available at this time.

  Order Tracking : Receipt and Tracking information via UPS will be automatically forwarded to the email address entered once your order has been received and processed. Be sure and check your email thoroughly, including “junk” in boxes that mail filters may have transferred this response to receive this information. USPS tracking options are not available unless provisions are made to manifest. Please contact us direct for more information regarding USPS shipments.

  Backorders : In the event that stock of a particular product enters a backordered status, we will immediately update our site and the Offworld™ shopping cart to reflect this status until further product is available for purchase. Customers who choose to go forward and purchase a Pre-order for the product will be placed in our cue in the order that they were received, to be processed and automatically shipped immediately when stock becomes available (unless prior notification to is received from the customer.) The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site are assumed by the customer when the merchandise is received to the shipping carrier for transit.

• Return Policy

• You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed. OffWorld Percussion, Inc. reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. In the rare case that your item was received damaged or is defective in some form, we will promptly replace it with the same item. IMPORTANT: Before submitting a return, you must contact us within 30 days of item receipt at sales@offworldpercussion.com to obtain return authorization. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Any refunds that have been worked out directly with us are subject to a 9% (nine percent) restocking charge, shipping fees are nonrefundable.
